1 Information You Provide

When you create an account or use P2X, you may provide:

• Email address and username
• Password (stored only as a salted hash)
• Optional profile data (display name, avatar)
• Posts, comments, and chat messages you send

2 Information Collected Automatically

To run the service securely we automatically collect limited technical information:

• Device model, OS version, and app version
• Approximate region (from your IP address)
• Crash and diagnostic logs
• Push notification token (if you allow notifications)

We do not collect precise location, contact lists, photos, or microphone audio without your explicit, in-context permission.

3 How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App
• To send you account, security, and product notifications
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

4 Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, push delivery) under contractual data-protection terms
• Legal authorities, when required by valid legal process
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5 Cookies & Tracking

The App uses session tokens (kept in secure on-device storage) to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers inside the App.

6 Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

7 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the in-app Chat feature.

8 Children

P2X is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9 Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting you, we will notify you in line with applicable law.

10 Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
