1 About P2X
P2X is a market data and community platform. We provide live prices, market analytics, news, and community discussion. P2X does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide brokerage services.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the App complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
3 Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, biometric authentication, and device safe. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. P2X is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud; (b) impersonate another person; (c) attempt to interfere with the operation of the App, scrape its data, or reverse engineer it; or (d) post abusive, harassing, or misleading content.
5 Market Data
Prices, charts, and analytics shown in the App are aggregated from public sources and provided for informational purposes only. They may be delayed or contain errors. Market data does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on it.
6 User Content & Community
Posts, comments, and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant P2X a non-exclusive licence to display them in the App and to moderate or remove them. We may remove content that violates these Terms, our community policies, or applicable law.
7 Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (push notifications, analytics providers, infrastructure providers). Their use of your data is governed by their own policies, which we link to in the Privacy Policy.
8 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P2X and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or losses caused by decisions made on the basis of market data displayed in the App.
11 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App. Continued use of the App after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
